Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey directly through the carrier.

Delays

Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maple & cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. Of course, you’re always welcome to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Signature on Delivery

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.
